No background checks, no drug testing, nobody is held accountable for jobs not being done correctly, corporate won't fix broken machines or building maintenance. Regional manager gives false promises (bonuses, holidays off), no promotion from within.

Shop manager and rest of staff taught me a lot, along with positive energy. Fast and efficient work

Market manager couldn’t get my W2 fixed for 2 years straight, went up only $2 after 2 years of working there. They treat you like a number until you complain about quitting and then get a pay raise (which I didn’t get, probably cause I was the only person of color until recently)
