Pros

Off Sunday is about it

Cons

Upper management was unrealistic. Every Monday morning meeting was all about how we failed as sales associates the prior week with zero ideas or theories on how we could have done better. It was hard sitting there hearing all the bad when you made 80k the month prior in commissions. They would also force you to sell junk that should have been wholesaled off when traded in. Shre it has such and such issues but sell it or else. And when the customer finds out later it is all your fault not theirs. And don't take the customers side or your gone. Plus zero growth moving from sales to anything else unless you are in the click. And lord help you if your customer brings their own financing to the table. They act like that is a mortal sin because they miss out on 2-7 points added APR profit.

Pros

None worth mentioning or remembering

Cons

No raises for hourly employees unless you get in with the "click". No overtime unless your a favorite of the manager The company actually has 10 commandments, sorry, commitments that are plastered through out the dealership because the owner has a God complex. Hourly employees are required to work every other Saturday. 1.5 days a month added to p.t.o. that the company will take from you without asking if you take a day off. The company has managers for their managers manager. The chain of command is a mile long. Sales team and managers make all the commissions and bonuses while hourly employees get looked over. Everything they sell is junk from the factory, so lots of angry customers daily.
