Plus zero growth moving from sales to anything else unless you are in the click. And lord help you if your customer brings their own financing to the table. They act like that is a mortal sin because they miss out on 2-7 points added APR profit.

The company has managers for their managers manager. The chain of command is a mile long. Sales team and managers make all the commissions and bonuses while hourly employees get looked over. Everything they sell is junk from the factory, so lots of angry customers daily.
