      Work schedule for family life

      Cons

      Constantly try referring to employees as family but treat them like garbage. They have a protected circle of management that are huge HR nightmares and refuse to do anything about it. New ownership cares only about profits in his pocket. They cut salesmen pay and said it was "necessary" for growth. While he has 6 range rovers. Silverspoon baby. If you speak with HR about anything, you are targeted until you're fired.

      Independence in the workday being alone and relying on your own work ethic.

      Cons

      They just don't hire enough people and load you up expecting you to put in 12-14 hour days like its putting in your dues and its your privilege to be able to do it, kind of a joke.

      There really are no pros.

      Cons

      They have a half $1 million “party” budget but they are worried about overpaying employees and run them off. Very big brother they watch every move you make.
