Pros
I've found that most everyone has a desire to support one another. If a kid is having a tantrum, other staff have given me tips and joined in to deescalate.
Cons
There is high turnover, this means that the work culture is constantly changing. The people who have stayed the longest make sure to be supportive. There is some favoritism from BCBA's. This can be discouraging if you are not one of the favorites.

This company has a great atmosphere and they are actively working to change the culture and provide the best services for the clients as well as the best work environment.
Cons
With all places, GH has their own set of political issues that stem from admin. New admin in certain positions are actively working to fix these issues but communication and cohesive with admin and staff can be an issue.
