      Your company is Growing again After 2008 the total market economy slowed down and your company has a good hold on what to bid on!!

      Cons

      you seem to hire people in supervision that lack's the ability to have company respect and lofty goals for your company to stay in forward growth goals and advancement ( YOU SEEM TO HIRE BOSS'S FROM FALLEN COMPANY"S) Remember Company's fail because of bad Site supervision and bad Management .

      Pros

      Hard work required. Good dupervision. Flexible work areas. Travel minimal. Concrete construction in Ohio area and expanding. OK equipment.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Lots of overtime. Mostly mandatory. Shut down work at nights and weekends. Not safe at times but willing to make safety changes.
