customers really seem to like the product and treat employees well, for the most part. many employees have been there a long time and there's depth of knowledge. customer all over the world means variety of the people you work with. new, updated product has been well-received by customers. comfortable office with lots of home-like perks. contributions, loyalty, and wisdom are respected by management. broadband industry is an exciting space.
Cons
you're not going to skate by here. management expects employees to contribute and there's always something to do. small company with low-cost products means the company isn't at the top of the pay scale.
