Pros
Best bosses I've got to work for hands down. They really take care of us. Company outtings like a tigers game in a suite red wings game, ect... The pay is great, 401k, health ins. PTO, ect... As long as you show up and do your best you will love working here. Its nice getting to work outside and be at a new house or building almost everyday, not redundant. All the installers, office ladies and employees are great. We will train you to become a professional gutter installer. Its a fun job.
Cons
Winter time can be tough, but if you layer up correctly its not that bad. And you will get use to being on a ladder.
