Pros
Dynamic, visionary leader. Continuously evolving environment within the company. Growing and satisfied customer base. The management handles the staff as part of their team. Many times they ask for your opinion about which direction should the company go, or how things can be improved.
Cons
The visions and plans are sometimes not worked out to an execution plan, but results are expected from you without it. If you have problems they are opened to listen, but it's hard to make them get it. You have to prepare to meet some expectations not defined clearly beforehand.
