I got hired until I told them of my PRE PLANNED vacation (flights and stays already purchased) and then they rescinded it over email. These were also unpaid days! I turned down other offers to work here. The most disrespectful thing to ever happen to me during a job search. I’ve never experienced this with any other company. I got all the way to orientation, filled out tax forms, watched training videos and my offer gets rescinded due to pre planned vacations. When I called I’m immediately told “how did you think that was going to go?” Absolutely disrespectful management. F this place.

You sent me to a job that had total disregard for my personal safety. Then you refused to pay me.OSHA agreed with me and did a surprise investigation. Alcon Industries had to pay fine of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Dollars, see attached.If I do not receive the full balance of my pay, a check in my mailbox by Saturday 1/3/15 I will file a complaint to OSHA and Other branches of The Department of Labor against Great Works and Alcon for withholding pay, and you will also be fined. I will also post the facts of this on all employment review websites to warn others of your operation.This is not fooling around, Saturday the full balance of the $500 you owe me, not a penny less.2 Attachments
