      Pros

      Great people, challenging and motivating work, good communication. Compensation is excellent. The typical benefits are competitive, but the extras such as annual retreat, team building activities, summer Fridays, free daily smoothies and salad bar, wellness, etc. go above and beyond.

      Cons

      You will work hard. If you are allergic to hard work you shouldn't be here. Payoff, challenge, and colleagues make it worth it.

      Greenbrick will pay you way above market. The company as a whole is thriving.

      Cons

      If you want to keep your morals, then turn away. If you want respect, forget about it. Upper management will make you feel small the first chance they can.
