A very steady/stable job provider. Flexible - Will work with you and your schedule. Easy to ask for time off and is almost always granted, even if it's a last minute/day of request. Prove to be reliable and conduct yourself professionally and they will treat you with respect.
Cons
Depending on what your position is in the company the compensation isn't all that great and management could improve on how they communicate with other staff members. And again depending on what you do for the company there doesn't seem to be a solid path for advancement or to make a career out of working for them.
