Pros
Amazing office space and travel rewards. In less than 6 months I have almost filled a full passport book due to my travels in South America and the Caribbean. The company has a service for the real-time tracking of intermodal containers, that includes geo-location, temperature and humidity tracking and other extremely profitable services.
Cons
Upper management likes things done in a very consistent and time consuming manner. Everything is online & in the cloud, which is good for comodity, but bad, since management can track your every move, and they tend to do, specially if your are off-site. I would like to have more trust, but I understand their obsession with uniformity.
