      Progression from Junior web designer to Senior web developer during my time here. Willingness to cover costs of training and personal development. Flexible hours and work from home pre-COVID, ahead of the game with remote working practice. Friendly working environment, investment in staff wellbeing such as the office renovation and Playstation room.
