      This review showed up after a problem employee got terminated for being negative in the workplace. Unfortunate.

      Casual dress,flexibility, easy to get to

      Cons

      Work not consistent. Outdated lead lists to call from. Outsources calling to the Philippines. No bonuses or recognition, no criminal or drug screening (which is apparent by the caliber of some people working there). Office always cold.

      Unfortunately, the position you were hired for was a part time, temporary position, and was fully disclosed to you prior to your taking the role. Also, there were bonuses on performance, but as contests, not regular bonuses. We do this to randomly incentivize the team and keep it from being "expected". This is an entry level position and not the typical Green Leads slot. Some of the entry level people have worked their way up to full time Sales Development Reps and built a career for themselves. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your time here or take the opportunity to grow. Good luck.

      none! there was not one thing i liked about this place

      owner has a bad attitude. try doing your job in a open environment no cubes with random thug like people in and out all the time to collect money that we were told was rent. the owner screaming at people over the phone the stress level extremely high and intimidation factor so high you can't move. then you get to your year mark they cut all your clients down give you less to call on and hire temps to replace you before saying your just not cutting it. not to mention the sexual things happening between coworkers in parking lots and rumors no HR horrible place id never go back

      We're sorry that we can't please everyone, and we do have a strict harassment policy in place with mandatory training. It's a tough environment and our team has to focus and perform. Some find it too challenging and want to point fingers at other issues around them as they walk out the door. The job isn't for everyone. But those that focus...it's uncapped commission and lots of fun and social activities.
