      Pros

      - Management that cares about its employes, especially the CEO and also about important global goals. Driving a company by example. - They actively help and incentivise you to improve yourself, and they do it better then all the companies I worked for. - If there are difficult times (like covid), they will try their best to keep everyone employed but also to keep everyone mentally stable.

      Cons

      4 years after, looking back, honestly, none.

      Pros

      Four-day week is just fantastic, enables such a great work-life balance. Also, I love the personal training budget under the SODA benefits scheme.

      Cons

      Seems strange to try and think of a downside to a company I love. Everyone seems pretty content, especially now we have our share ownership scheme bedded in.
