      Quarterly social events. Great office location

      Cons

      Childish internal politics among managers. Owner/CEO is on a money driven quest to get the company to an IPO in 4 years, putting high workloads and pressure on staff that is often unpaid. They sell you the position as an amazing opp when in reality the work is boring.

      Pros

      The people - I've been with Green Light for 6 months and have been welcomed with open arms. Coming from a non IT background, I lean on everyone for knowledge and assistance and am always assisted with so much positivity and enthusiasm.

      Cons

      Being such an agile company, you constantly have to be ready to embrace change - not so much a con, more a learning curve.

      Work Life balance. Although it feels great to come to work but would only suggest if we can have some policies/benefits for working mothers.
