Murky compensation structure - it felt like they were quick to accept the offer I made for pay and the initial period was low. If this was a big con personally, I do feel like my manager would listen to the concern. Growing business - while they have systems in place, they also sometimes function like a start-up and are disorganized/have a lot of job responsibility fall on one person as the market grows.
