      Pros

      Most of the employees are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      The CEO spends his time micromanaging staff and not advancing the company. I’ve never heard of the Board of Directors meeting, even though this is a non-profit, so there is no way to voice any concerns.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Work is mundane and boring, without any variety. The company is very small, so there’s no chance for upward advancement. Unpredictable CEO. A long, tedious interview process conducted entirely via the internet.
