      Unlimited PTO and work/life balance.

      Cons

      The company promotes a culture that emphasizes valuing employees and being a "family," but the day-to-day experience does not reflect that. You are just a number. Expectations and performance standards can feel inconsistent, with new metrics or priorities introduced over time without clear or zero communication. There is a high level of turnover, and I saw employees separated with no notice. You wont be at the company long term so I would avoid joining. No HR dept. Leadership is clicky. No one to raise concerns to

      We love the start-up energy and things move quickly, which results in a bit of a sink-or-swim mentality. If you are intrinsically motivated to drive your own role and impact, you will do great here.
