You feel like there is not pressure over your head, although you know you have stuff to do. Also, I cannot recall having a bad day there; laughter, food, and beer on Fridays made it great for me.

It is a bit chaotic. The mid managers are hard to identify, and sometimes you feel you work for yourself, or the CEO. Strange feeling
