      The pay is Pretty good.

      Cons

      The “training” is highly ineffective and disorganized. There is 1 “trainer” for the entire company. This trainer is a Paymaster, which is by itself a very demanding job, well over 40 hours a week. To say that the trainer doesn’t have the time or patience to properly train anyone. The training that you receive will be remote, and when you do get to talk to the trainer her instructions will be meandering and unfocused. Do you learn best by watching vague videos or begging around for someone to help you? Then this may be the job for you!

      -met some good people -learned a bit

      Cons

      -very consumer centric -management tends to stick together -short term decision making -no career path -long hours -doesn't seem like anyone other than management like their jobs. Seemed like every couple of weeks someone would leave the company.
