Employees will go months without projects or work--I averaged about an hour of billable work each day. -CEO is borderline verbally and emotionally abusive; she yells at employees for situations she orchestrates and will set up employees for failure with conflicting direction. -On my first day, I thought the CEO despised another employee because she spoke so poorly to them, I then quickly realized that's just how she speaks to everyone. -The work environment is incredibly uncomfortable because it lacks direction and is hostile.
