Good continuing education program (should spend the money on improving salaries though)

Cons

Asked for additional support for my mental health and was advised to “suck it up” and I was also told that “I care too much”. During my exit survey I requested for HR to contact me to discuss further - they never did. Salary is not competitive.

Good staff discount and symposium is valuable.

Cons

This company does not correct bullying in the workplace, infact often the bullying comes from above. Reginal Management team loves to micromanage. With little to no real world veterinary experience. Company is very focused on making money

Met some good friends, got my certification done

Cons

Way too many to type but; very toxic, long hours and low pay (common for vet anyway), greedy corporate vibes, mistreats animals often, lack of support, lots of bullying from management, no way to communicate issues to higher-level management, every single employee at the 3 clinics I worked at suffered at the hands of Greencross.
