It looks like a high end start-up looking to provide green tech solutions to customers but in the end it's an outsourcing Company. They 'lend' you to a customer for a year as cheap Labour and take a part of your salary to grow. If you ever get to meet the CEO, please ask him something about renewable energy or green tech. You'll see quickly it's more marketing than skill
