Nothing It's not a place I'd recommend if you want good mobey for hard work.

Cons

turnover is very high. They hire islanders from Samoa and Fiji instead of locals. The ratio of islanders to Australians is 5 to 1. I'm ok with islanders working but the company states its a proud local hirer but that's not true at all.
