Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

Cons

If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.

Pros

Remote made it easy to travel and it allowed me to have a pretty balanced work life. Pay was decent

Cons

Micromanage, the interview took forever with it being 3, the last one 1.5 hours long. Got rejected the first time, asked if I was still interested second time. No career growth available. They keep you where you’re at until they hire on the next group.
