Pros

The people who were somehow conned into working for a terrible CEO were some of the greatest creatives in Boulder. It's too bad the lack of leadership, rampant misogyny, and nauseating CEO took the creative team for granted.

Cons

No work/life balance. No leadership. Blatant favoritism. Sexist, misogynistic CEO, terrible creative director, and lack of respect for employees from upper management.

Pros

Great group of smart, energetic people that worked under management level. Fun and creative environment for the most part. Great HQ location if you could ever take a break from work.

Cons

Management was extremely inappropriate and managed the business as if it was a hobby. Work - life balance was nonexistent and evaluations were favorable only to those who liked to hang out at work 24/7, regardless of quality of output. Gossip was rampant at the office and the owner was nauseating to work for.

I really liked the people I worked with. Very smart and collaborative individuals. I could always count on someone to bounce ideas off of or just have a fun conversation.

Cons

There was no direction of my growth or assistance to get there. I felt very overwhelmed and under-supported by leadership. The company hasn’t seen new business in a couple years. So that’s alarming. My interview process was lengthy and drawn out. The amount of hoops I had to jump through was insane. This company doesn’t quite understand social media marketing. Which is a huge disappointment and red flag to anyone wanting to get into the digital / social marketing side of advertising. Also, what’s up with the obsession around working from an office?
