A lot of talk about valuing their employees

Pros

The best part of working for GHG was the coworkers. A very family-like environment. Made some great friends there. It's a nice building.

Cons

Nearly impossible to get full-time hours. Management is very unprofessional, lots of "fraternizing" to put it politely. It's a very political environment and the only way to get ahead is to play the game.

Pros

Co-workers, diffent events everyday makes the day a little more fun.

Cons

Too many cons for this company. High turnover which speaks for itself. When you start they sell you a dream. Most of the issues from management. Very poor leadership and highly unethical. There has been great talent who have been treated so poorly and unappreciated. What makes the company great are the people barely getting paid for all that they do. The free food that is served is good sometimes but usually is salad and sandwich meat. Lunch room is disgusting and sometimes serve rotten food. I can remember seeing spoiled fruit being served as well as the meat just sitting out for hours. You have to pay to park. Barely any discount on restaurants in the hotel. Top management lives to belittle anyone below them. I could literally go on all day with every issue encountered here. Don’t waste your time here.
