Great Team and Chill Vibe at Greenlight

Pros

I've only been here for a month, but so far it's a really good group of people with a good work environment. They take care of their employees and it's laid back. As Director of Real Estate Development, I'm already digging into meaningful projects and the collaboration makes coming to work enjoyable. Benefits are on point too!

There are a lot of team building events that involve both office and field staff. Their culture is great. A lot of opportunities for continuing education and learning. Opportunities for advancement are there as well.

Cons

There are no cons to working at Greenlight - great company to work for.

Average Salary, very welcoming attitude. Office Staff very friendly.

Very high turn over rate. 23 employee's have quit greenlight in the last 6 months Extreme Hours 65-80 per/week Very little Communication HR is not a resource you can reach out too. Very Unprofessional Management Team Not supportive to Sub-Contractors. Known for Making sure Sub-Contractors recieve very little of their retention at the end of the project completetion. They advertise they are affordable. In realism they are very similar in price to Luxury Apartemnts in areas and known for price increases. Quality of product delivered to community poor.
