      Use the company like they use the staff

      Pros

      Nice office and great staff. Good opportunity to work with blue chip clients. Looks good on a CV, learn the work then look elsewhere.

      Cons

      They dont pay well, they hold back salaries and everyone who has left the company knows this. The do also lie about the "awards" they win which in fact are paid for!
