Pros
Management is open to new ideas, lots of organization, no micro management even as the company grows. Work schedule is very flexible, I like how management motivates and encourages a positive workflow.
Cons
The company is growing very fast, policy change from week to week, you have to be willing to cope with that. Your role might change the next day. Platforms change to the best but they change by the time you get use to them. You have to be willing to live in that fast pace environment and keep up with it.
