Pros

Co-workers are the biggest pro. Sale days are hard but working with the customers is always fun and a new experience each week.

Cons

Lack of communication. Management is for management rather than the employees. No annual review and exextremelyare pay raises.

Pros

Work sale days (Wednesdays) only. Great people to work with. They do a great job with employee appreciate events.

Cons

If you are assigned to the lanes, you will be essentially working in a covered-- but "Open" area, so you will be cold in the Winter and it can get rather warm in the Summer. The auction, does, however, do a great job of trying to help people be as comfortable as possible-- but a lot will depend on you-- and dressing for it.
