      Good for people starting out and no exposure

      Cons

      very unprofessional, favoritism. gossip culture, even normal to have relationship with boss. not a place for people who just want to work, lonely if not inivolved with wider group

      There are some good people in the company, but they usually leave (and the other good ones deserve a better place to work in)

      Cons

      The salary is way below market, commission is really really bad (if they pay). Allot of meetings for no good reason. they are so cheap. They have a 6 month probation period. Plus they have a high turn over in the company. Unfortunately a very bad environment, everyday pressure pressure and more pressure. Other similar companies are much better then this one.

      Pros

      Great exposure to global fund managers and regional investors (although their reputation in the region isn't good).

      Cons

      Very toxic culture. Management is extremely unprofessional with no appreciation for the people below Exec level. There's a reason they have such high turnover. Expectation is everyone works extremely long hours and is available 24/7 (for below market pay and non-existent bonus or commission even if they say otherwise).
