-Incredible staff that cares about what they’re doing -It feels like you’re making some sort of difference in the world.

Cons

-Every single thing that executive level staff told us was not going to happen ended up happening (no bonuses, layoffs). -The turnover rate is HIGH because no one trusts leadership. -Every exec team member that was brought in to “fix” the problems has made them significantly worse. -The exec team preaches transparency and respect, but it couldn’t be farther from the truth. -The company is CONSTANTLY looking to change things, which ultimately results in people not focusing on the mission of the company. -The company is running on basically no money at this point.
