Pros

My role makes me self reliant as well as there is support whenever you need it. As a person starting in Property Management, Greenwin is an amazing place to start working.

Cons

High employee turnover rate. Process changes quite often. Coordination lacks between departments to some extent. No proper training for new hires. Hybrid model is only applied to Management roles.
