      Don't Trust Anyone

      Pros

      Fun activities both in office and outside of office hours. Flexibility to work at home or in office.

      Cons

      You can't trust anyone. They have their group and if you aren't in it you get no support. One on Ones are a joke and would last maybe 15 minutes with no real substance to them. Nobody is ever available when you need assistance and HR is NEVER in the office. There is little if any diversity in the firm and HR doesn't seem to be motivated to change it.

      Pros

      GW is well-respected in the Charlotte business community. Benefits are excellent. When you leave, your training and client interaction will be useful.

      Cons

      The required workload was unreasonable. A couple of partners were difficult, and none of them welcomed upward feedback. There is a history of mass terminations when turnover is lower than expected.

      They try to make it fun with events.

      Cons

      Partners are greedy. Pay sucks. PTO sucks. HR is a joke. No opportunity for growth/ no upward mobility.
