Employee will have 16 month bond, actually it means that you have to sacrifice everything. Salary hold will be there, sometimes salary will not get for 2-3 months There is no salary increment unless employee puts resignation(Note: If they give increment means defiantly you will be bound for deduction atleast 1000 per month) Employee cannot utilise their break without permission If you are reacting in any way you will be scrwed They will provide less and huge dediction as per the wish of HR At the time of joining they will not give those information please make sure before signing bond Employee's are treated as machine's, to fulfill their requirment, management decides the lunch break of employees, and they are not bothered about employee health
