The training is prob the only thing I liked. I couldn’t wait to leave. Driving around a green turd! Hated it

Cons

These idiots use cars! Like wtf. A car is not ideal for pest control and it should be outlawed; there is no protection against chemical exposure from the back seat or trunk. They work you like slaves all day long and pay twice per month. The supervisor I worked with did everything the hard way and was never prepared.

This company is spread so thin that they cannot perform the services you sell in a timely manner or sometimes at all. The sales department tells you to keep selling while the service department will tell you to stop because they just do not have the manpower to service the sales you generate if you are good at your job. I had angry customers calling me on a daily basis because of unkept promises of service. Also, the training for the technicians is a joke. Even if they do have time o get to the customer, most of them do not know what to do once they get there. Benefits are outrageously expensive.

I love to be out on the road without someone always looking over my shoulder. My manager and supervisors are the best. We're a team . I will be working here until the day I die. If your looking for a job and career with a company that is growing and respect all employees, this is the one. GO GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons

Sometimes something might come up and you will work overtime. But that's not really a con.
