Occasional ability to wok remote.
Cons
Small company with little room for advancement. Procedures are disorganized and the company lacks communication. In-house divisions make the work harder to get done.

Cons
Owners and upper management were terrible. No work/life balance, they expect you to be at their beck and call 24/7 yet they have no respect nor concern for their employees. They also have the same disregard for the vendors they work with. They short pay or do not pay them according to agreements.
