Friendly co-workers, sometimes you get perks like concert tickets (don't count on it though).
Cons
Unrealistic goals, the "owner" has a lack of knowledge about the market place and is focused on developing business in the wrong places. The investors are hands-off. Constant threats of being fired even when performing to expectation, low quality talent. Commission is paid 90 days after it's been collected. The owner will not spend money on office supplies or on talent services or market research. The business is designed to take maximum profit while providing very little. If you are used to working for stations that provide basic information, like Arbitron data, you won't get it here.
