Interesting work, good colleagues at the team level.

Cons

Can’t deliver on what they sell to clients or employees. Over promise to clients, and “merit” increases are insulting relative to performance. Promotion criteria are unclear. Significant disconnect between stated values and how employees are actually treated.

Some of the people are really great

Leadership direction has been a significant challenge. There is a noticeable lack of innovation across core products, and decision-making at the top often feels disconnected from employee impact. The company has increasingly shifted resources offshore while reducing roles in other regions, which has created instability and increased pressure on remaining teams. At the same time, workloads have grown substantially without meaningful adjustments to compensation. The return-to-office mandate, combined with badge monitoring, has negatively impacted morale and trust. They will throw a pizza party instead of giving you a cost of living salary increase
