The CEO thrives on a hostile work environment, screaming nonstop every single day, and is self-sabotaging the company. She keeps a bloated sales team that doesn’t produce enough orders—at this company size, there should only be 4–5 effective salespeople. Long-term employees, especially those she can control, never take responsibility for their mistakes and are quick to throw others under the bus. High turnover is constant. This company is toxic from top to bottom.

The work environment and atmosphere here at Grey Matter Concepts are too toxic. There’s so much pressure from the management, and the workplace is full of negativity. Our managers are condescending and disrespectful, which creates a negative and unpleasant work experience for the employees.
