Amazing peers. Commission is semi good, if you have an achievable target.
Cons
The major issue with grey matter is the management. Not upper management but the “team leader”. They pass management duties on to other member of their team, have no idea what their team do and are unable to help. Some of the team leader are micromanagers and won’t let you go on with your job, until you do it the way you want them to. They will contact you via social media if you don’t answer them on teams, on weekends and on your holiday days regarding work issues. HR are useless and gaslight you into thinking everything is your fault or that you are overreacting.

Hello I’m really surprised and saddened by this review, you obviously left on bad terms and perhaps this has coloured your opinion.
The feedback that we regularly gather from existing and past employees shapes how our managers and team leaders work to support their team members and indeed in most cases this feedback is overwhelmingly positive.
If you would like to discuss this further please get in touch pac@greymatter.com
Thank you.
i do not have a lot of positive things to say about this organisation......
Cons
Greatly mismanaged, poor career development opportunities, huge disparity in equal pay, therefore a high turnover of staff.
A software re seller should not be sub-distributing products through their distribution supplier, which it has become evident that this company practices in on a regular basis and relies on this method for their "success"

Thank you so much for your review.
You must have left the company just before we decided to split the divisions; in 2016 we created Sigma Software Distribution which is a separate trading company from Grey Matter Ltd. This has cleared any confusion up and we now have another arm to our group Cloud Know How established in 2003 which help with technical support for our resellers and end-users. All three area have amazing management now and our staff enjoy and thrive on the changes we have made.
I hope that you have continued your employment success and if you have any questions please email us at careers@greymatter.com
Many thanks
Becky
