Allowing phones inside company is a pros because usually other companies don't allow.

Cons

Doesn't give leaves to employees, doesn't gives freedom, people are not good working environment is not so good, it pays very less to employees. Doesn't provides food properly to employees. Full on work pressure it gives to employees
