      Not really a con. As a fairly new company in retail, growth takes time. Patience is required but it pays off.

      Pros

      A lot of down time depending on the season, but you can fill that time with minor jobs and cleaning. you're in the golf community so you can meet some cool athletes and network with people in the area. coworkers are very helpful and easy to work with

      Cons

      not a lot of support to the retail business in general as ecommerce is huge for greyson. retail has only been part of the company for 3 years so ideally it will get better.
