I got to hire and create my own on-site team, which was essential to everyone's personal and team accomplishments.

Cons

Upper management was not easy to contact or get responses from. Certain training was needed for certain employees and was not obtainable.

non profit and does give money to charity

Cons

Poor communication, terrible upper management, toxic work environment, weak training program, pay is terrible for on-site employees, doesn’t pay bills on time, very high employee turnover. They cannot seem to keep employees.
