I have been working at Greythorn full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    - Decent remuneration and commissions.

    Cons

    - There is no training for your role. There is no ramp-up time. - Technology is outdated. - Highly political, low performers are promoted for befriending senior management. - Big red flags, we have had 3 directors in 2 years. - High turnover, with no new people joining. The company had to close down parts of their business. - If you're considering joining Greythorn, do some research on LinkedIn as who has left the company and reach out to them and ask them why. You will get much more insight to the business this way.

    Pros

Free fruit, great bonuses and top billers staff days out. Not much else to say.

I worked at Greythorn full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Worked at Greythorn for about four years as a Senior Consultant in their Melbourne branch. I had the privilege of working with one of the best teams you could ask for in this type of environment. They pay really well if you're a high performer, but if you don't put the effort in, you won't get much back - but this job isn't much fun if you're not doing well anyway. Really great team that shared well - for the most part, which isn't the easiest thing to find when you're dealing with sales people. It is definitely what you make of it.

    Cons

If you aren't successful, you won't last long.
