Pros
Good thing about Gribbles is that we are able to learn a lot, from sample reception to result reporting. It’s a good exposure if you are just graduated, but definitely not for long term.
Cons
Not much attention is given to us especially us from east Malaysia as the headquarter is at Semananjung. Everything will goes to one regional manager first, anything happen we can’t really liaise with HR in HQ. Very long duration of probation period for a newly joined employee, some of the staffs did not even get a permanent position or contract after one year of employment.
