Thank you for this feedback, especially as a current team member. We'd love the opportunity to engage with you and address these concerns directly, as well as to learn more about your experience with us. We've grown rapidly over the last two years, and with that growth also comes evolution. We're focused on empowering our team members to take the lead in building great products, developing efficient processes, and strengthening our company culture. We value both experience and potential in our employees, and we aim to celebrate and encourage initiative at all levels of the organization, regardless of seniority. We make sure that everyone has a seat at the table (as big as that table may be) so that we can achieve our goals together. We recognize that not everyone will stay for the journey, but we hope that you'll choose to be a positive force for development in our team. My door's always open if you would like to work together on this! - Alex, VP of People & Culture

Cons
Hard to say anything, really. The company is moving fast, so there is some legacy code and a lot of changes being made constantly. For some, it's a con, but I say that it's the best environment for innovation.
