      Most of the coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Family and friends is a priority to the C-level execs and they hire/fire accordingly. Everyone is walking on egg-shells trying to please "the family." Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, you won't be able to grow and the company refuses to evolve. Surprised to see company is still running.
